Shipping & Delivery


We send all purchases after the payment is confirmed from PayPal.  Approximately two weeks after purchase the items will be received.



Exchange / Returns policy


Windfjord Online shop makes sales based our excellent designs and proven reliability.  You do need to carefully confirm your size before buying. If you are not satisfied  with the items you received, it is easy for you to exchange.  Contact us and we will do the best we can.

Exchange Policy


We accept returns and exchanges only when the product is faulty or if there is an error on our part.

If you are not satisfied, we are very flexible and items can be exchanged for another size and/or colour or to any other model/style. Any returned items must be received by Windfjord in the same good condition as was received by customers, including label hangtag and packaging. The postal costs will be at customer’s expense.
